Matt Cobb
Managing Partner
Matt has over 23 years of business ownership experience
in multiple industries including, Automotive Manufacturing, Warehousing & Transportation, Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Turn Around Management. His largest venture, which was a tier one automotive manufacturing business with 3 locations, grew to nearly 800 employees.
Matt has a BA from the University of South Carolina and a MBA from the University of Findlay.
Matt and his wife Shannon have 4 daughters. They have lived in the Carolinas off and on for the last 30 years. They love to spend time fishing and boating, and are passionate about college football.
Dave Blosser
Managing Partner
Dave invested over 20 years in sales and marketing management, business development and operations management at Smucker’s. He participated in over a dozen successful acquisitions which fueled the company’s growth from $400M to $8B. For the last several years he has owned and worked in several small businesses.
Dave has a BA from Wittenberg University and a MBA from the Ohio State University.
Dave and his wife Liz, have two daughters. They have lived in the Charlotte area for over a decade. They are passionate about outdoor adventures, college football, travel, and community activities.
